Melissa Tower, Sales Associate in MA, joined the agency in 2006.  Missy works full time as an Associate Underwriter for the Berkshire Life Insurance Company of America in Pittsfield, MA since March 2001.  She is certified as an ACU (Associate Customer Service), ALMI (Associate Life Management Institute) and DHP (Disability Healthcare Professional).
